The single most effective piece of advice I give to my clients that works wonders physically and mentally is to drink water.
A lot of people looking to drop weight can underestimate the importance of hydration. This is one of my top tips and the easiest ways you can start right now and see a visible difference towards a healthier body and mind!
Water makes up almost 60% of our body and it plays a vital role in everything from regulating body temperature, to keeping our skin healthy. It can reduce the chance of injuries whilst you execute your physical weight loss plans. It also prevents aches and sores as it lubricates joints and muscles.
When it comes to fat loss, hydration aids metabolism. Keeping our bodies well hydrated is vital in boosting its ability to burn fat.

Like everything, drinking water and staying hydrated is all about consistency! How much water should I drink?
This depends on a few things. e.g. your body type, how active you are, your lifestyle and what you eat. However, generally anywhere in between 2-4 litres per day is the ideal amount. It seems a lot but trust me, to burn that excess fat and to feed your natural metabolism, it is key!
